Established in August of 2020, the Liberty County District Court is comprised of the finest legal practitioners in the county. The department prides itself on providing outstanding and fair justice to it's residents every day of the week.

Our institution is tasked with answering to the various constitutional needs of our jursidiction, Liberty County. It is our duty to impartially interpret the law and execute trials on the county's accused, simultaneously documenting all trespass requests, warrants, and restraining orders.
