SonoranCAD Tutorial
A comprehensive guide on how to become a Citizen in Liberty County.
Step1
1. CREATING YOUR ACCOUNT
To initiate the process, please head to the CAD website. I already have an account!
When you arrive at the website, you will see a button that says:
When you press it, you will be prompted to select how you wish to sign up. Use whichever you prefer, but please note that regardless of the method you select, we will require you to update your username. We will show you how to change your username later on during the sign up process.

2. VERIFYING YOUR EMAIL
For some of the methods used to sign up, you will be asked to verify your email. Here is how you will do that:
Open the inbox of the email you used, and look for a SonoranCAD verification email. On the email, it will ask you to press the button. Press it! It will redirect you back to the SonoranCAD website.
Log in to your new account!

3. JOINING OUR COMMUNITY
Click It will then ask for the community ID. Our ID is czlc2024.
Press button, and then the button. Now, you can enter our community CAD!

4. CHANGING YOUR USERNAME
IF YOUR USERNAME IS ALREADY YOUR ROBLOX USERNAME, SKIP THIS.
MANAGE ACCOUNT
On the My Communities or the CZLC CAD page, your account username will appear in the top right corner with an arrow next to it.
Click the username and click the button that says My Account.
Once the pop-up appears, click
If prompted to log into your account, do so. If it automatically logs you in, press

Make sure your username meets the following conditions:

The username in the box should be your Roblox username. NOT your display name.

In the situation that your username is taken, put a CZ in front of it. For example, if my username is Nico123o, it should say CZNico123o in the box.

If your username has underscores, remove them, as SonoranCAD does not allow underscores.

When finished editing the username, click the button that appears at the top of the page.
Go back to the original SonoranCAD website, and log out of your account. This allows the website to update your username. When you log back in, on the top right of your screen, you should see your updated username. If it hasn't changed, it hasn't updated.

5. GETTING/LINKING YOUR API ID
On the My Communities or the CZLC CAD page, click on your username on the top right corner.
Now click Settings.
Scroll down to API ID and click
Join the ERLC game. In a private or public server, click the settings icon (gear/wrench) on the top right. Scroll down to the SonoranCAD section. There, click "VIEW MY API ID".
Copy the code in the text box. Go back to the CAD website, paste that code in the textbox and click OK. It will automatically save.

6. CREATING YOUR CIVILIAN
On the CZLC CAD screen, click the text box and type "CZLC_Member", then press the enter key.
Click the button that appears. Click on the top of the screen.
When designing your character, please do the following for each characteristic:

This is your license picture, insert a photo of your Roblox character.
FIRST NAME
Come up with a fictional first name for your character. (no celebrities or troll names) (I.E. Matthew)
LAST NAME
Come up with a fictional last name for your character. (no celebrities or troll names) (I.E. Wright)
M.I. (OPTIONAL)
Come up with a fictional middle initial for your character. (I.E. J)
Date of Birth
For the Date of Birth, you must select an age that is 21 or older. (click calendar) (I.E. 03/19/94)
AGE
Use date of birth to calculate. You can also use this age calculator to find out the age (I.E. 28)
SEX
Pick from selection. (I.E. Male)
STREET ADDRESS
Use a real address from the game. Need help? Use the in-game map. (I.E. 7035 Joyner Rd)
POSTAL
This is the three digit area code, aka postal code. (Hint: It matches first three digits of house number) (I.E. 703)
HEIGHT (FEET)
Put your height in feet. (I.E. If you are 6"1', put 6 here)
HEIGHT (INCHES)
Put your height in inches. (I.E. If you are 6"1', put 1 here)
WEIGHT (LBS)
Put your weight in pounds. (I.E. 175)
RACE
Pick from selection. (I.E. Black)
HAIR COLOR
Pick from selection. (I.E. Black)
EYE COLOR
Pick from selection. (I.E. Amber)
ROBLOX USERNAME
Put your full Roblox username. (I.E. Wlljaco)
When done, click:

SUBMITTING FOR APPROVAL
Well done, you've finished! Now, all you need to do is go to the #open-a-ticket channel and use the dropdown provided to select "Submit Civilian Character". Once you have opened the ticket, please read the instructions provided in the ticket for successful submission. Happy roleplaying!
